1. Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes, all our rates include an American breakfast served in our restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If you need breakfast earlier, we offer a Box Breakfast upon prior request.
2. Is Wi-Fi available for free at the hotel?
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi at no additional cost in all areas of the hotel: rooms, restaurant, lobby, and terrace.
3. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. You may request early check-in or late check-out in advance, subject to availability. This service may incur an additional cost.
4. Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we offer free parking for our guests, subject to availability. We recommend booking this service in advance if you’re arriving by car.
5. Is the restaurant open only to guests?
No. Our restaurant is open to the public. You are welcome to join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or enjoy a drink on the terrace.
6. Can I reserve lunch or dinner during my stay?
Yes, you can request lunch and dinner. We offer a variety of options tailored to different dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
7. Does the hotel host events or meetings?
Yes, we have 5 event rooms of various capacities and a restaurant suitable for both social and corporate gatherings. We offer personalized service, audiovisual equipment, and catering options for every type of event.
8. What types of rooms do you offer?
We have 38 uniquely styled rooms: single, matrimonial, double, triple, and Jr. Suites. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, air conditioning, minibar, private bathroom, and hair dryer.
9. Can I extend my stay after booking?
Yes, you can request an extension at least 72 hours before the first day of your reservation. Extensions are subject to availability.
10. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes. Just let us know at least 7 days in advance if you require a special diet: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
11. Are foreign guests exempt from taxes?
Yes. Foreign guests who present a valid passport with an entry stamp dated within the last 60 days are exempt from the 10% VAT, in accordance with Peruvian law.
